These folks are not good. We had a previous firm where I could go online and see my daily water use and pay my bills online. These guys charged me for all sorts of water I didnt use and thn their staff tried to tellme I had a leak. I explained I was out of town and water was turned off. The person on the phone then went to internet tolook up waysto prove I was wrong. I finally got to management and they fixed it Ive also been paying all sorts of latefees becausemy paperbill came a day before the bill was due. I cant verify how they charge so based on all of above I dont trust them. Im going to ask my hoa to show me how we are paying less. I know ive been personally been paying more without any way to verify and also all the late fees ive paid. Recommendation to hoa volunteers. Look closely at this and make sure you will be paying less before you move to a company who provides lower service.
