The woman working the counter was FANTASTIC, but otherwise this seems to be a poorly-run business that is extremely overpriced. I brought in 2 dresses to be dry-cleaned, and the woman was apologetic when she told me it would be $17 each according to their pricing system. Because of the convenience of the location, I decided to go ahead even though I thought this was a bit pricey. Once home, I had a call from The Dry Cleaners (same lovely woman) tell me that her boss came in and insisted that each dress would be $27. Again, she was extremely apologetic and even told me she asked her boss if they could just eat her "mistake", but the boss insisted she call me and tell me his arbitrary revised cost. I'm guessing that because they were white dresses (although not formal and only knee-length) the boss was trying to say they were wedding dresses and charge the escalated price. WAY too expensive to get a few summer dresses cleaned... practically as much as I paid for both dresses! I appreciate the friendly service, but it's pretty bad when the employee is embarrassed by the expensive prices. And even worse when the boss tries to make it look like the employee's fault in front of the customer. Brutal.
