It was the night before Xmas eve and I blew up my disposal. It was out of my own stupidity and those darn potato skins, 12 potatoes to be exact. Called my home warranty company at 10pm at night and they set me up with Brewer. I had a big family dinner planned for the next day and feared I wouldn't get a plumber out in time. In a panic I called the number they provided. I hoped to leave an urgent message and would pray someone would call me back on Xmas eve. To my surprise the owner (Michael) picked up the phone! I woke him up.. he laughed it off and promised to be over the next morning.
He showed up as promised on Xmas eve! He save my family's Xmas dinner! A huge thank you and I appreciate your dedication to your clients. I will forever be calling you for help. Ha!
