This place is awful and they don't know what they are doing. The store manager, Mike, messed up our account and never even apologized. We called several times and he never returned our calls just like other customers posted on here. We finally got it fixed by calling the Verizon Customer Service and the account manager who were both very helpful in fixing the problem!
