Brought the Camry in here because I had coupons and have had good experiences at other locations. Everything started off well enough, was greeted by a friendly face and directed into the waiting room. I was told to help myself to bottled water, single serve coffee, and Wi-Fi. I got a little concerned when there wasn't a menu posted; hate when I have no clue what this is going to cost until the bill arrives... Well the service adviser wrote up a work order and when had me authorize it I told him that I had left a coupon book in the car (on the console next to the gear shift. literally could not miss it) which had coupons for the signature service and air filter and the cabin filter... He said they'd get it when they pulled the car out after servicing (never did but I didn't realize this until I checked my e-receipt later, live and learn I guess...) Did I mention none of the three guys who were in and out of my car got the coupon book even though that was the plan?
