Just ate here for the second time and I'm starting to wonder why I don't come here more often. Perhaps it's the location, it's pretty hidden in the backside of The District over by Whole Foods. The pizzas are roughly the size of a dinner plate so you get a lot of food. This time around I tried the Del Cafore - Wood Oven Roasted Fennel Sausage, Roasted Peppers, Roasted Onions, Mozzarella, Basil, & Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Keep in mind this pizza has NO tomato sauce and after eating it, I'm a big fan. The waitress asked me if I'd like to add tomato sauce to it. I'm like "Why don't I just slap an Italian person right in the face? I want it authentic!" I said that in my best Italian accent... she was impressed. A few of my friends have lived in Italy and they've said that this pizza is about as close to Italian pizza as Las Vegas gets. The caprese is good too, but I really don't know how you could screw up caprese.
