very soon after each time ive had an oil changed, something else goes wrong with my car. its usually a loose bolt that has no way of coming loose on its own, in a position where i could end up sending thousands of dollars on a fix. when i called to voice my concerns i was assured 'theres someone in the office at all times so theres absolutely no way for a mechanic to put a wrench somewhere it didnt belong'. she also let me know they had cameras and could run back tape if i liked-- i highly doubt the cameras point underneath my car. they come off nice but dont fuck with my car every time i bring it in, thats how people figure it out definitely recommend going elsewhere
