The concept is good but I think I was hoping for something a little more interesting to match the great new Pittsburgh restaurant scene. For example the dippin sticks are just a bad bagel toasted with travel size packages of cream cheese, jelly and peanut butter. Would be cool if they worked with local bakeries, had really unique sandwiches, fun drinks etc. As-is it's borderline airplane food.
