Booked this company based on price quote given. When installer showed up, he began to upsell on every thing possible. New rollers, at a ridiculous price, etc. Also, their quote only gives you one remote, even though the box with operator comes with 2 remotes . When questioned they said they keep the second remote. They will however sell it to you for another price. The push button they install is not a standard garage door opener. We had to ask them to leave and promptly had another company come out. No problems with the new installer, no need to upsell.
Side note: the installer that showed from this company was very nice. They also showed up when expected.
