Two stars is about right for an average. That's exactly how I rate them. I just got home from the spa and had to completely go over my car inside and out. Dash was dusty, doors weren't wiped, bug splatters all over the front including the mirrors, rear window was partially wiped. I was going to take it back, but didn't want to go through the wait of another wash. Very poor car wash. I won't go back and don't recommend you do.
