Finally needed to review after being quite fed up with their service. I live in the condo complex next to this plaza and thought how convinent it would be to get my nails done there regularly. I walk in on several occassions, call for appointments about maybe 6 times and only successfuly went to get my nails done once in the evening. When i do call in they would laugh and say there is no avaliability or only a spot for one service when i called for mani and pedi. She tells me to choose one...it is also not very clean and is a dark atmosphere. They must be either extremely busy all of the time or they are under staffed but they really don't show any concern for customers or show knowledge of customer service. Most nails salons will at least try to book you in or at least help you in some way. Have never had a problem getting my nails done anywhere else. Will NOT be returning. Not reccomended.
