We had the default pulled BBQ, available in three sizes. I had the regular and my wife elected to have the petit portion. Both of us took some home in a to go box. Sides include the regular stuff, we had baked beans and green beans, both good as well as the unlimited hush puppies. We both thought that this BBQ needed no sauce, but had a nice spicy taste. We both tried the NC vinegar as well the sweeter "chicken and rib" sauce and agreed it stood well alone.
This place will go on my travel list as I pass through or have business on Charlotte. Good value, good taste, clean place, smile on the staff. Go try it!
