By far the worst place I have ever rented from. These people will steal your deposit. I paid my rent on time and rarely had issues. I wait 30 days to receive my deposit and they gave me the run around saying this person had it, we mailed it and blah, blah, blah. All with broken English might I add. Instead of receiving my deposit, they sent me a bill. So I paid $2200 for my deposit and they took every cent and then told me I owed them $75! When I asked them why, they sent me a bogus bill with bogus charges. These people are frauds. I've contacted a lawyer and will be seeing them in court. Nonetheless I will receive my deposit back and one, but it looks like I will have to get it the hard way. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. STAY FAR AWAY.
