They clearly are worried more about their bottom line than the customer service. Our poor waitress was completely over extended, leaving all her tables lacking service and aggravated. The cook was great. And the waitress was trying her hardest. I put the blame of all the many many issues on management. Provide the proper amount of staffing to help out your staffs tips and customers experience.
