If you are seeking a property management company in the Las Vegas area, I strongly recommend you stay far, far away from Triumph Property Management! They are beyond horrible, both for owners and tenants! I looked for a property management company to find me a qualified tenant that would pay rent on time, so I wouldn't have to worry about delinquent payments. As it turned out, this terrible company will not pay you your proceeds until up to 30 days after receiving them from the client, thus defeating your purpose for hiring them in the first place. In addition, if the tenant pays the rent even one day late, Triumph will charge them $100 late fee, which they keep for themselves, none to the owner. They will also deduct all kinds of bogus fees from your rental disbursement, such as $30 to deposit your check, even if you have an agreement to directly deposit it. In my experience, they have no empathy for their clients. They know you are moving out of one place and into another and have many moving expenses involved, yet they delay your disbursement for the purpose of collecting interest on it for themselves. They are also not very good at finding you a tenant in a reasonable amount of time. After hurrying us to vacate the premises the first week in October, the house remained vacant all during November. They also have a very hostile and sarcastic attitude. If you email them just to ask a question or seek clarification, they will give you a snappy and unprofessional answer. Save yourself a big headache and stay far, far away!
