I have lived here maybe half a month but the front staff was very friendly, welcoming, helpful. So far I really love my apartment. I moved from a much larger apartment so I am selling my stuff online and it's a little crowded from what I'm use to but I can make it work, it's cozy. I haven't had any issues with noise or anyone who lives near me, but the people across the hall way are nice. I moved to be closer to the strip and work. I have not seen one bug since I have been here, YAY! I was so scared being close to the strip would mean bugs, if I ever do see one they do weekly spraying to be scheduled and I will get a spray if needed. I love the bathtub it's deeper then most bathtubs, so I can fill it up and my whole 5'8''' body will be underwater. They are very prompt when it comes to fixing issues. I haven't had any real major issues yet. The window in my bedroom is kinda a pain in the butt, but it's nothing major, I just doubt I will ever want to open it cause it's difficult to deal with. I like to open the other windows to let fresh air in when I am at home. So far I really love living here and I don't think that will change. The handy man is very helpful and friendly. I am happy with my move. :D
