fed up with the owners going up every year on the monthly rent & i really would like to know why? the carpet is old throughout, the kitchen appliances desperately need to be modernized: the cheap laminate floor needs to be replaced! everything needs updating! whoever does the painting needs to do a better job by covering the sinks and tub, the paint residue is gross! look forward to moving out! oh & the workout equipment is dated!
