Their bagels are 5 stars in taste hands down!
BUT...
...They lose a star because their quality has gone down AND they charge more for less. WTF.
I get the whole slow economy and high gas prices and businesses have to make a profit and blah blah blah, but seriously! The size of their cakes have gotten so much smaller that they don't even fill the whole cake pan anymore. It was actually embarrassing taking one of their cakes as a gift because it seriously looked measly.
...The other star is simple customer service. It's great that they offer specials like "buy a dozen bagels and get 6 free"; it's terrible service when they fail to let their customers know about these specials, only to find out about the special when they're leaving (thanks to the fat billboard sign - and not a word about it when paying).
