Pros:
-Didn't need to send any info on my TVs, the guys were pro enough to get any mount on both of my TVs. (for context one TV was brand new 4k 70 inch while the other was the second flat screen model ever on the market)
-Rate was cheaper than others bids I had received... by a bit, actually
- Communication and installation window confirmed via call and text with appropriate updates in regard to appointment
- Got a hands on walk through, not just a quick show-me, of how to adjust the mounts for my own knowledge
- Between first call and installation was 48 hours
-I work during the day so they were able to fit me in an evening time; not sure if standard but massively appreciated.
Cons:
-They are from Michigan and likely Lions fans (not confirmed).
