I AM THE MOST UNDERSTANDING PERSON. Working customer service at 2 different jobs personally, I know how it goes. Tonight I went to this Tmobile to activate a new SIM chip for a temporary phone (while Apple sends me back a fixed iPhone.) I tried opening the door at 8:01 and it was locked... understandable closing at 8. I knocked on the door seeing another woman being helped inside and 2 different workers (a woman with red hair and a scraggly looking younger guy with a beard and glasses.) We looked at me and mouthed something to the woman working with him while looking and pointing at me through the window, acknowledging me to one another. It wasn't until I knocked again at 8:08 that the man came over to the door.. and WITHOUT OPENING THE DOOR but TALKING TO ME THROUGH IT LIKE I WAS IN A CAGE TALKING THROUGH THE CRACKS, I explained that I only needed to activate a SIM chip, which I know takes 5 minutes because I've had them do it before. He refused to let me inside and refused to help me because he couldn't check anyone else out. When I pointed out the other customer still inside he didnt know what to say to defend myself, told me to go get one from Walmart and rolled his eyes and walked away from me. When I pay $130 a month and over $1,500 a year for a service, I expect the customer service to match it! Especially when I'm only in need of customer service 1 time a year if that!!!!! I work at a restaurant and know what it's like when people walk in before close but 120 seconds late!!!!!! for a 5 minute service that was refused and then given a jerk reaction to! BTW I went to Walmart for a chip and it's $44 when with my carrier it's free.. What. A. Douche.
