So I'll start off by saying that my boo and I are complete piggies. Nearly everything we ate had foie gras or was fried in duck fat... or both. We got like 5 plates of food and gorged ourselves until our bellies were fully distended. Even our waiter was giving us looks of doubt as he delivered an entree of veal tartare with MORE duck fat fries. Needless to say, we walked halfway home just to get our metabolism back up to speed. I probably looked like a happy pregnant woman. Just enjoy, without abandon. This is the best fried/maple glazed/meaty food you can get.
