Salud is the reason I constantly crave smoothie bowls. On my first visit of got the P-Bee Bowl, which was a beautiful purple hue covered with bananas and granola. Even though its properties would deem it a thick fruit smoothie, its quite filling and gives you lots of energy for the rest of the day. Disclaimer: you will have very smooth bowel movements after eating a smoothie bowl. Just be aware of that. The only downside to Salud's smoothie bowls can be the consistency. They tend to arrive just a bit too icy, but if you wait a few minutes or so to let it warm up, the consistency becomes creamier. I also wish they had a non-disposable bowl and silverware option. I feel like I am harming the environment if I eat there too much. That said: smoothie bowls may be a trend, but Salud makes them so good that you crave them at any hour, during any season or temperature, even in the winter!
