I had my fingerprinting done here because the day before I got it done at another place through ink rolling and was made aware that the process would take several weeks. As such, I came to Fingerprints Plus after a friend recommended it to me. This was the best decision I could've made! Three main highlights:
1. The customer service here is excellent! I have hard to read fingerprints and Ranjit was still able to scan them properly with lots of patience and good humour. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process even though I was nervous none of the scans were going to be adequate (in the end they were :) )
2. The RCMP received and cleared the application in less than an hour!! This is including the time I took to thoroughly wash my hands and the repeat scans for my hard to read fingertips.
3. Prices are very fair! The lowest out of the other offices which provide the same service.
Some other perks: the office was easy to find and the area did not have much traffic - there was also free parking. I wish the best for Ranjit and his colleagues! They are obviously a company that cares about the service they provide.
