Holt Renfrew was founded back in 1837, and their HQ is based out of Toronto. They're a high-end Canadian department store chain that is under Selfridges, and offers a variety of beauty products, women's and men's wear, handbags, shoes, accessories, and even their own line of magazines. The SAs are quite stand-offish and really don't offer any greeting or assistance. I only had some time to check out their perfume section, but most SAs were focused on socializing - oh, well! More sampling and spritzing and sniffing for me! :P They also have a cafe that's located in the lower level that offers beverages, breakfast plates, as well as lunch platters. In terms of customer service, I'd rather much visit the other department stores.
