I've been here many times. This place is a bit hard to navigate, but if the weather is nice the area is kind of pretty and relaxing. Sometimes there's music, too. I like that there's Chipotle (however, as far as Chipotles go this one is pretty ungenerous) and a Rocky Mt Chocolate Factory (yayy!!!!!!). The Giant Eagle is smaller with less stuff, busier, but cleaner than the one on Mayfield that I prefer. I will never go to the Cheesecake Factory again because it is always way too busy (waiting 1 hr for food). Same with CPK and Melting Pot. Brio Tuscan Grill is just ok. I will not speak of the horror that is Stir Crazy, only that my waiter called "pho," "foh". These chains (aside from horrid Stir Crazy) are staples in my native California suburb, so I'm not impressed. But really, I don't think this place is that pretentious (again, I'm from CA!)
