I got an 08 Pontiac Grand Prix here recently and I should of know from the start it was a bad idea. When we first looked at the car the battery was completely dead. Upon initial inspection of the vehicle things seemed to be in good order (with the exception of the battery). We we test drive the car I noticed the windshield wipers didn't work. "A quick call to the service station and they'll fix this no problem." After days of calling and getting nothing but endless ringing I gave up and knew right then that anything else that happened to this car would be 100% on me to fix. Just this Wednesday (28 Jun) while I was driving down the I-17 at Thunderbird, the power steering pump threw its pulley. When I called the service department I somehow got through. The gentleman that answered told me that if I could get it to the station (at my expenses) he might be able to look at it this Tuesday, maybe even Wednesday. He would have to diagnose the problem, which I clearly told him over the phone, and then see if it was covered under "warranty" and if it was it would only be a $300 deductible per warranty item. Then he could begin to fix it. Putting me without a car for at least the next 10 days or more. They sold me a lemon for an elevated price and they know it. I have contacted the Maricopa County Attorney General, the Az Department of Insurance, ADOT, and the MVD so that you people can't do this to anybody else. I am also highly considering getting a lawyer. I also highly advise anybody reading this to stay clear of Drive Now and to go to ANY other dealer in the area. If this is how they treat a USMC veteran they will do far worse to everyone else.
