Home depot vs. Lowe's I have no idea which is better. At this point I will continue to find the lowest prices possible. Customer service is good if you can find a employee to ask your question too. Often it takes a bit of time to hunt someone down. They have a hassle free return policy. I unfortunately had to return a toilet plunger that did not plunge or work, a schlange lock that did not fit into my door and it was relatively painless. The lowe's is slightly larger than this store though.
Pros: large inventory
Cons: difficulty to find helpful staff, lack of coupons
