This year was the first and last time I will pay to have my taxes filed. Kathy uses a computer program to file and and was unable to accurately complete my return despite providing her with an organized envelope containing all of my tax paperwork. I made her redo both my federal and state taxes because she neglected to add in donations and interest paid on my mortgage.....included in the paperwork provided to her! These errors would have cost me 50% of the money due to me on EACH return. To add insult to injury, both my husband and I made it abundantly clear that I had to have my taxes filed by a certain date for my student loan IBR payment recertification. My taxes were completed and signed prior to this date; however, she failed to submit my paperwork until 3 weeks later. She doesn't even deserve 1 star, but that is the only way to submit this this review.
