I wouldn't consider this place 'high end' - just because it's located in First Canadian Place, the technicians and practices are just like the other cheaper (asian run) nail salons. The chairs are not comfortable, and they placed your hand on top of the shellac dryer while doing your nails - you don't get to rest it on the table. Most importantly, I don't believe their tools are sanitized after each use and the files are reused from before. The technician even used her own nails to dig into my nails to get polish out instead of using one of those q-tip things. I found this extremely unhygienic and disgusting. The only notable thing is, they do coat your nails multiple times, so i'd assume the manicure will be longer lasting, and the person next to me had an amazing nail art going on
