Today (9-20), I had a transfer call from Max Garcia from Infinity Travel Svc, I was informed that the only authorized personnel to give me the 2 Travel Tickets and Hotel stay was gonna call me in 20 min. Her name was Katie Wilson, i get a call back from Max questioning me why I wasn't picking up my phone. I told Max, I did not get a call on my phone except this one. So Max informed me again, in 5min I was going to receive a call from Katie, I said ok. While I was waiting for the call, I did some research and I found some good reviews and some bad ones for this travel Co. I get another call from Max to question me again why I was not answering my phone. First of all, I do not appreciate being questioned on my integrity. I was already skeptical from the get go because we had a similar situation with timeshare that did not end well. For Max to come on the phone very unprofessional interrogating me why I am not picking up my phone just pushed me to the edge and I informed Max to cancel my appt. My concern now is they have my name and my husbands. I will be watching for anything that comes through and I will keep all the info I got just in case. Be careful out there!
