Someone I'm close to goes to this place regularly, but she only likes one lady to do her nails. They hired a new guy recently because he knows how to do gel nails and the rest of the crew refuses to learn how. He was absolutely awful. He kept filing my nails so that they looked like Gumby heads. They were all crooked and pointy and I had to take the file and do it myself. When I went in there my nails were already straight as I am very picky. And by picky, I mean I like it when the person doing my nails is actually focused on my nails and doing them the way I like them since I'm paying for them and all. Every time I would turn my arm because I could feel him filing them crooked, he would move my arm back. I kept saying what I wanted and he wasn't paying attention. I get my nails done with gel every two to three weeks. They are hard and don't chip, but this time the polish was done so sloppy that they bent, chipped and I had to cut them because they were such a mess! Every time I scratched my arm or did the dishes the paint peeled up. I'll never go there again. Seriously, get someone who knows what they are doing!
