Brought my son to the Cactus location today and we will DEFINITELY be back.. Carlos was great with my son and gave him the best haircut of his life..
My son usually panics and cries the entire time he gets his hair cut or even touched but Carlos was so calm and nice with him that he literally fell asleep in the chair halfway thru.. He is so excited about his hair & Carlos that he's telling anyone who will listen (including the lady in the Carl's Jr drive-thru) all about his experience.
Everyone was super nice here. And for the people who think they are racist or rude here, maybe you just lack social skills? Or you're just a d*ck!? All the guys were great with both of my kids as well as myself, I'm mean how many young men actually take the time to talk about a baby?
