CVS's system for redeeming coupons is so un-customer friendly. I get coupons galore but unless I have them in my hand there's no simple way to redeem them. I also lost my CVS card, which they won't replace. They'll issue me a new number but I'll lose all my coupons. Now thinking I should switch my business to Walgreen's or Rite-Aid. Can't imagine that they'd be more customer unfriendly, or are they?
