Whole Maine Lobster - Super fresh and insanely huge...
Steaks
Cajun Ribeye - Full flavor and massive with just a hint to cajun kick, and my top pick.
Filet Rosini - Foie Gra is nice and rich and complements well
Filet Oscar - Crab has a nice flavor with the sauce
Coffee & Cocoa Rubbed Filet - Also incredibly good with a hit of spice
Sides
Truffle Mac - Flavor is fantastic, mac can sometimes be a bit softer than al dente which could be better.
Shellfish Bouquet - Just order it, and go straight to the crab meat. Side sauces are fantastic and all the pieces are fresh
Wild Mushroom- a must have for any steak dinner
Duck Fat Roasted Vegetable - Pretty good, but the flavor didn't shine too particularly for me.
Creamed Spinach - A solid classic
****Dessert****
The Chocolate Cake here is outrageous, the best I've ever eaten. Closest thing I've found was in Dallas. Not too sweet, nice and dense and full of flavor with a side of fresh cream.. This is a must.
Wine
A nice Borolo always does the job well.
