Horrible customer service. I had purchased my son a balloon from the Dollar Tree, which is in the same plaza and decided to walk next door to this place, apparently they buy the same balloons for their displays and asked me to put the ballon back to where it belongs. I told her that I had purchased the balloon next door... I completely understood the misunderstanding but her response to me was rude. She didn't apologize but continued to walk away like nothing happened.. After that another employee walked pass me and gave me another dirty look like I was stealing their balloon. I had gone to numerous of stores that actually go out of their way to give kids balloons, so I don't understand what the big deal here was, especially when I purchased the balloon myself.
