Ulta is usually my go to and since this location is close to my work I thought it would be great to go here after work or on my lunch. I have been multiple times and the staff is extremely rude, do not offer help, and seem so pissed off when you do ask a question. I approached one employee to ask if they carried oval brushes, in a horrible tone he asked "oval brush?", then when I explained what they look like he glared at me while pointing to a brush nearby (didn't ask if I had a brand preference), and then walked off. There was another occasion I went to return an eyebrow pencil and the girl at the counter insisted I tell her what was wrong with it before I could return it. When I told her I didn't like the consistency of the product or the way it applied she told me I was wrong and everyone loves that product.
The parking is terrible, the staff are garbage, and you're better off going to a different location.
