Normally love this place, but I ordered scrubs from the store (because they did not have my size) 8 days ago to start my new job. I asked how long it would be and she said 5-7 business days and I would get a call. That was 3 days after my job started and I only had one pair of scrubs, but I would live so I ordered them anyways. Now, 8 days later, I call to check on my order and I'm told that they should have told me it would take longer because it is coming in with their inventory order. This means my order will not be processed until TWO days from now and I will not receive my scrubs for another week and a half. THAT IS TWO AND A HALF WEEKS to get my scrubs I was told it would take 5-7 days. Now I have only one pair of scrubs for work. They offered me nothing for the inconvenience just that "I should have been told that". I could have just ordered them online myself and received them quicker. Very disappointed and upset with the service I received.
