China Magic Noodle House could hands down be the best noodles I've had in all of AZ. Awesome local spot that never disappoints. No joke, my family and I have come here at least twice a month for the past six months. Our kids love it too, which is hard to achieve.
The wife and I share a #34 - Beef w/ Stir-fried Noodles in Spicy XO sauce, and a #24 - Sliced Beef with Noodles Soup. We also share an order dumplings (which can be ordered steamed or panfried) with the kiddos, who typically enjoy chicken with stir-fry noodles and dumplings.
They also have a HUGE selection of boba options, which is always nice after a great meal!
