It's one of the fun things to do when you visit from CA. We go tour the new model homes. They keep adding on new bells and whistles and make it really hard for me to want to stay in Cali. If it weren't for my awesome job, we would have left log ago.
Last year we were shown properties close to Laveen at the Riverwalk. We drove up and were toured around the homes. They upgraded with solar panels and new facades. Maybe Phase 1 of the houses had been built at the time. As more became available we were notified by the company via Email.
They have lots of houses in several locations in all varieties and price ranges. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely willing to show you the model homes. Huge lots with lots of amenities. Maybe some day I'll leave and buy an Elliot Home. :)
