My wife had rented a car for me online, and I arrived at the car rental lines only to find that the Alamo lines led to two kiosks! Before I could despair, a very helpful gal walked me and the next person in line through the process, which was quick and clean.
The next step was to walk to the rental stand located about 100 yards away outside. As I approached the small building, I was met by another Alamo employee offering a bottle of water. They had me in an upgraded car within five minutes.
I have never used a more friendly, helpful car rental agency.
