So I remembered this place cause of the color of the building and I called them - before checking their rating on here - just to get some info. The owner picked up, totally rushed and confused. I asked if he could explain to me how it would all work and he said "no not on the phone because of client/lawyer privilege" - which seemed weird to me. He continued "just come in - I don't have time to talk I have another call" Well, he won't have to worry about me that's for sure. Why the hell would I give him any business or money if he can't even be bothered explaining what it is that I am going to pay him for. It sure doesn't instill confidence in his methods and upon seeing the reviews on here I have a feeling that it was a good thing I didn't bother. I called ticketbusters and talked to a lovely young lady for 10 minutes who was in no rush and she happily explained it all to me. I'll go there instead.
