I am so disappointed and unhappy with everything! First off, this place is not a "spa". Its more like a little shack with no air conditioning, rude people and smelly towels.
Anyway, I came in for a mani and pedi after I bought a Groupon yesterday. Right after she started my mani Kathy asked what kind of pedicure I wanted, I told her just a regular pedicure because I had a voucher from Groupon . Next thing I know I'm being yelled at by the owner.. saying, the next time I need to let her know before she starts that I have a voucher.. I said, okay well now I know. She then goes on saying how I should be lucky that she's not charging me full price for my mani pedi.. mind you, I've been sitting down for about 5 min. Kathy had literally just started on my mani. So why am I getting bitched out? All I have to say is I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING! I felt so uncomfortable the whole time I was there. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with this place!
