New to Charlotte, I booked a haircut with Kristina, one of the Junior Stylists and can't begin to sing her praises. I was going short and brought a picture. She gave advice based on my hair texture and was especially compassionate when I told her that my hair had thinned out due to medical reasons. I had dreaded telling someone such private info and she was sensitive and worked with what I had: thinning, dry, curly hair.
She styled my hair to look like the picture and worked with the daily time constraints I told her I had, showing me how to make me look my best. I walked out feeling like an older Audrey Tatou. I haven't felt this good about myself in a long time. Hugs and warm thanks to such a empathic and talented soul. Speaks volumes about management and I will be returning.
Making the appointment was an easy process. I was able to do via text once I filled out the initial form request online. Confirmation was sent via text as well. Appreciate the modern approach to booking appts.
