I take partial responsibility for this because I repeatedly make the mistake of having my car's oil changed at this location simply because it is convienient for me. I dropped off my car at 6:30 on a Thursday morning, utilizing the key drop. (One would imagine that a key drop indicates that it is acceptable to leave a vehicle there without an appointment.) By 2 pm, I had not heard from Pep Boys. I called and was told that they might not be able to get to it. I was told they were "down a guy" and had a lot of appointments. I really don't care. The very minimum that should have taken place would have been a quick call EARLY IN THE DAY explaining that the service might not be completed today. After complaining, I was told that my simple oil change would "probably" be completed by 4:00. I'm not holding my breath. Why do I keep going back?!!
