This review is for their crepes only. After wandering around Caesar's Palace for dinner options, Payard's crepes seemed to be the best choice without having to pay $30+ for an entree. I had already gone to Cypress Marketplace earlier (yuck!), but that's another review. Two stars for freshly made crepes. However, that's where the goodness stops. The turkey crepe I ordered tasted like a quesadilla - was basically just shredded cheddar cheese, egg and turkey inside crepe batter and the cheese overpowered everything. The sandwiches ($10) sitting in the cold case didn't look that appetizing either. If you're tight on time and budget, go to Snacks in the Bellagio or the Max Brenner restaurant in the Forum Shops area.
