Justin is in unprofessional and his work is the worst I have experienced in 10 years in Arizona. He was rude and unreasonable in his approach to customer service. After two services (our agreement was for biweekly) we still have weeds everywhere even though we paid extra for weed removal. He informed us that he will not trim all bushes in one service that he will only do part of our trimming of bushes (less than 1/3 acre in back) at each visit, I do not recommend this company at all. He constantly refers to his contract yet only uses his contract as a verbal weapon to continue to cite what he WON'T do. Very disappointing as he seems like a great guy up front. Don't be fooled!!
