I am beyond done with this cable service it has been nothing but lies and bull my entire contract. I recently was declined at the grocery store because they decided to snatch all the money in my account till payday next friday for equipment fees.now i know what yoyr thinking you shouldve returned the equipment. I would have been more than happy to return their equipment right along with their horrible service but somehow after updating my address 4 times within a 6 month period. 1 of those time beeing jot even 2 weeks ago when i called about the charge before hand. then again 3 times on the phone with customer service today!?! I can't even begin to express my irritation when i was notified after taking my money within 1 hour (60min prior i checked my account money is there) (45min after that card was declined at store) It will take 2-5 buisness days to be refunded. I reiterate I WAS AT THE GROCERY STORE! Terminated my contract and never looking back.
