I had the smoked Tri Tip and The husband had the 10 oz. sirloin, which looked more like 16 oz. They come out about 10% cooked on a blazing hot lava stone and you cook it the rest of the way to the way you like it. I cooked mine about 90 seconds on each side and it was perfect medium. You get a trip to the salad bar, a small loaf of bread and one item from the hot bar. Salad was delicious. Try the curried rice salad when you go. Service was good. They have plenty of people working there and they explain everything well. Very reasonably priced for all you get. There was a Groupon offered but sold out by the time we tried to get it. We will definitely go back when we want a good steak and I don't want to cook at home.
