My first time eating at Jackbeagles, it was actually fairly well. It was on a Wednesday night (15 July). The food was actually done and the customer service was actually comparable favourably with other burger joints I've been to. However, the last time, I feel as if they were sequestered (on a Wednesday Night 22 July). My order came within a reasonable timeframe, yet the order was not the way I ordered it. I ordered a burger with no jalapenos or Chipotle aioli. Secondly, they must remember that the customers do not want to see the underwear of your cooks, so their britches needed to be pulled up at all times. Thirdly, when someone say "well done", it should be well done, not medium rare. I would love not to die of botulism. I'll give Jackbeagles another try within the next 3 weeks. If no noticeable changes occur, I'll not return.
