Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The girls do a good job for the most part with keeping you relaxed and warm.
Each room has a blanket and the beds are lined with lining for your protection, which I don't prefer but am glad because I am a germ freak.
The only reason I wouldn't give this chain a 5 star is I feel like they don't fill your lashes as full as some individual lash experts that own their own studios. I feel like I have to tell them every time I go in for a fill in of exactly how I want my lashes to be. They do listen well but I just don't think I should have to tell them every time otherwise my lashes are lacking on the edges.
